A. Parking - Parking is available under the building off of Mulberry Street. To enter the parking lot, make a right from Raymond Blvd. on to Mulberry Street. Turn right at the 1st traffic light on Mulberry - the entrance to the underground lot is right there.
From NJ Turnpike - Take Exit 14, follow signs for Routes 1 & 9 North, 21 and 22/ Newark. As you get closer to Newark the route numbers change from Routes 1 & 9 to Route 21 NEWARK. Continue to travel Route 21 (Route 21 is Mc Carter Hwy.) to Raymond Blvd. Turn left on to Raymond Blvd. (One Newark Center is located in the Seton Hall Law Building at the intersection of Route 21 and Raymond Blvd.)
From New York City - Cross the George Washington Bridge and follow the signs to Route 95/NJ Turnpike South. Travel the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 15E. Follow signs for Newark and Raymond Blvd. One Newark Center is located in the Seton Hall Law Building at the intersection of Route 21 and Raymond Blvd.
From Lincoln Tunnel - Follow signs to Route 3 West. Travel Route 3 West to Route 21 South (Mc Carter Highway). Turn right on Raymond Blvd. One Newark Center is located in the Seton Hall Law Building at the intersection of Route 21 and Raymond Blvd.
From South Jersey - Travel the NJ Turnpike North to Exit 13A. Follow the signs for Routes 1 & 9 North until they intersect with Route 21/Mc Carter Highway. Stay on Route 21 to Raymond Blvd. Turn left on Raymond Blvd. One Newark Center is located in the Seton Hall Law Building at the intersection of Route 21 and Raymond Blvd.
From Princeton - Travel Route 1 North to Routes 1 & 9 North (Mc Carter Highway). Stay in the left lane and turn left on to Raymond Blvd. One Newark Center is located in the Seton Hall Law Building at the intersection of Route 21 and Raymond Blvd.
From Morristown - Travel Route 287 North to Route 280 East. Exit at the Harrison exit. Turn right on Harrison Avenue. Go 2 traffic lights, over bridge and turn left on Route 21/Mc Carter Highway. Continue 3 blocks and turn right on Raymond Blvd. One Newark Center is located in the Seton Hall Law Building at the intersection of Route 21 and Raymond Blvd.

Take Exit 15W to I-280 West. Take I-280 West to Exit 14B (Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd.). Go to the bottom of the ramp and turn left ( State Street). At the next stop sign, turn left. Go straight on MLK, Jr. Blvd., about one mile until you come to Essex County College. There is an overpass across the road (that corner is MLK, Jr. Blvd and W. Market Street). The Historic Courthouse is on your left, the Hall of Records is on the right, and the Veterans Courthouse is directly behind the Hall of Records. A paid parking lot is located on So. Orange Avenue. To reach the lot proceed straight on MLK, Jr. Blvd., turn right onto Springfield Ave. and bear to the right at the merge. This is So. Orange Ave. The parking lot entrance will be on your right.
Garden State Parkway
Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 145. Take I-280 East to Exit 14A – Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd. Go to bottom of ramp and make a right onto MLK, Jr. Blvd. Go straight about one mile to W. Route 22, 24, 1&9 or I-78 - Newark
Take any of these highways and follow signs for Newark. Follow the exits for Route 21-North / McCarter Highway. Take exit ramp for Broad Street. Proceed on Broad Street until you reach Court Street. Make a left onto Court Street. Go one block and then make a right on Washington Street. Go approximately three blocks and make a left onto Market Street. Bear to the right. Market Street becomes West Market Street. When you reach Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, the Historic Courthouse is on the left. Across the street is the Hall of Records and the Veterans Courthouse is directly behind the Hall of Records. A paid parking lot is located on So. From I-80:
From Essex, Passaic and Bergen Counties, take I-80 West. From western Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties, take I-80 East. Follow signs for I-287 South. Proceed as From I-287.
From I-287:
Take Exit 35, which is for Route 124 (old 24 West) in Morristown.
Follow signs for Madison West; this becomes South Street in downtown Morristown.
South Street ends at The Green, a small park at which all traffic must turn right onto South Park Place.
From South Park Place go three-quarter of the way around the Green by turning left onto East Park Place and then turning left again onto North Park Place.
From North Park Place, turn right onto Washington Street. The Court House is on the left, at the corner of Washington and Court Street. (2 blocks from The Green).
From Essex and Union Counties:
Take Route 24 West towards Morristown. Where the expressway ends take I-287 South. Then proceed as From I-287.
Parking for Morris County Court House:
Free parking for jurors is provided in the garage at the Headquarters Hyatt Hotel on Speedwell Avenue (Route 202 North). This is the only parking garage that we pay for. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the Jury Office for validation. If you choose to park in another garage you are responsible to pay for your parking.
Do not park your car at a meter. Jurors will not be permitted to leave the courtroom to replenish the meter and we are unable to reimburse you if you get a parking ticket
A one way Sheriff’s shuttle bus service is available to jurors in the morning only. Pick-up is between 8:00-8:15 a.m. in front of the movie theater on Speedwell Avenue. It does not return jurors to the garage in the afternoon.

Follow road signs for Route 206, which turns onto Main St. approaching downtown Newton.
Take Main St. to the end. Turn left onto Spring St. (there is a small park on the left).
From Spring St., turn left onto High St. Judicial Center is at 43-47 High St., on the right.
From the Shore Area:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 127 to I-287 North.

Parking for Sussex County Court:
Parking is available at the County Parking Deck. There is also a small public parking lot (metered parking) on Main St. just south of Park Place in Newton.

From Route 287 South:
1. Take Route 287 South to intersection of Route 1 South.
2. Follow Route 1 South approximately 30 miles until you enter Trenton.
3. Turn RIGHT onto the exit for Department of Motor Vehicles. (The Department of Motor Vehicles will be in front of you).
4. Turn RIGHT at the top of the ramp. (It is a very short ramp).
5. Go ONE block to a stop sign.
6. The Federal Building is diagonally to your right, across the railroad tracks.
7. Go straight through the stop sign.
From Route 31 South:
1. Take Route 31 South to the end (Route 31 ends in Trenton).
2. Make a RIGHT at the traffic light (a tall tower and a statue of a man pointing to the right will be in front of you).
3. At the FOURTH traffic light, make a LEFT onto Front Street.
4. Continue straight until South Stockton Street (approximately 3rd light) and make a LEFT.
5. Make first RIGHT onto East State Street. The Federal Building is approximately
1 ½ blocks ahead on the left).
