In 1982, Alexander Rinaldi graduated near the top of his class from Rutgers College - Rutgers University, where he he earned a double-major in Economics and English and minored in Mathematics.
He received his Law Degree (JD) at the Quinnipiac University School of Law (f/k/a University of Bridgeport School of Law) in 1985, where he also graduated near the top of his class.
Alexander Rinaldi also studied Entertainment & Sports Law taught by Martin Silfen at Yale Law School, as well as studied writing at New York University (NYU).

Alexander also argued the seminal personal injury insurance case of James v. NJM before the N.J. Supreme Court - the highest court in the state of New Jersey.
In the Court system Alexander has also worked as a Pool Attorney with the Public Defenders Office as well as has served as an Early Settlement Panelist in Matrimonial cases.
Practicing in the states of N.J. and N.Y. Alexander Rinaldi and his firm have represented many business, Sports and Entertainment entities such as Sunburst Entertainment, Super Twins Productions, Brooklyn Dreamz Co, musical groups Rookie Of The Year and The Breathers; along with authors, broadcasters, and writers, in addition to boxers such as Bobby Czyz and Roberto Duran, along with various promoters. He has also represented International companies including The International Boxing Hall of Fame, The Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame, Kafka International, DMT GLOBAL BIO RESOURCES LLC, The USA Boxing News, James Alexander Corporation, and Holland Manufacturing.
Alexander was also a long time member of the Boxing Writers Association and Editor of the international boxing publication known as The USA Boxing News.
For his services in areas Law, Sports, and Philanthropy, Alexander was inducted into the New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame (2014), the World Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame (2016), the Warren County New Jersey Hall of Fame (2016), and the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame (2017).
